One Of My New Year's Resolutions

I only have about three New Year's resolutions that I really want to accomplish this 2013 and those are first, stop shopping and wasting money and start saving it, spend less time on the computer and more to my family and lastly eating more healthy food. 

Since I had my second son a year ago, I have been struggling to lose these extra pounds. It is mostly around my belly area. I wanted to go on a diet but my husband wouldn't let me. He said I am not fat but just needs to do some sit ups to flatten my belly again. But that is easy said than done. The truth is, I just don't have the time to exercise. I already have enough exercise doing household chores and taking care of my kids. It is truly stressful sometimes.

I guess one thing that I can do to prevent gaining more weight is to stop eating high starch food like rice or pasta. I notice that every time I eat those foods, I immediately feel sleepy right after I ate. I can always try the miracles noodles that I heard from a friend. She said that it helped her lose some weight since it has zero calories and no carbs. I really got to look more into it in order for my third New Year's resolution to be fulfilled!
