I Am Still Trying To Keep Fit While Pregnant!

Tomorrow I will be at 23 weeks of my pregnancy! This has been an exciting pregnancy so far. I am glad I am back to my normal self, no more morning sickness, thank goodness! My previous pregnancies with my two boys, my morning sickness lasted about 7 months and I tell you, it was awful! But I read an article not too long ago that the more you have morning sickness, the healthier the pregnancy is and the less chance of having a miscarriage compared to those who do not have any morning sickness at all! I thank God that both of my boys were very healthy when I gave birth to them and still are! I am hoping and praying that this little girl in my womb right now is as healthy as she can be as well! So far she is, according to my prenatal check-ups and tests that they did at the health department, and hoping that she will continue to be healthy and develop normally!

Anyway, speaking of being healthy, it is truly tough being pregnant since you crave different and weird kind of foods! This pregnancy of mine right now, all I have been craving are mostly candies, chocolates and sugary foods! So, as soon as I stopped throwing up, my weight fluctuated to now over 130 lbs! The doctor told me that I should just gain up to 135 lbs by the time I give birth! Well, I am so close to 135 lbs now and I am only at 23 weeks! So, I decided to do a little workout by doing squats and lift some weights! I've been doing it for about a week now! It will not only benefit me when I give birth but also after, because I planned to keep exercising so I will lose the baby weight as fast as I can and go back to my normal weight! I don't want my body to get used to just not doing anything, it will be harder to start again when it's time! 

Since I am not sure if it is safe for me to take any supplements while pregnant, I will just wait until I give birth. I already found a good website that supplies great workout supplements at Supplement Edge.com! I am checking their supplies that I want to try once I give birth. But of course, I still have to ask my physician if it will be safe for me to take any workout supplement while breastfeeding! It is just better to play it safe than be sorry later!
